PHILOSOPHY AND
MADNESS: FROM KANT TO HEGEL AND BEYOND
Estudando
sempre, mantendo o foco de sempre, acrescentando novos textos às leituras sobre
o período “pré-crítico” kantiano, destaco aqui hoje, esta
obra: “Philosophy and madness: from kant to Hegel”.
Cheguei
a esta obra assim que terminei mais uma releitura dos textos básicos da
pesquisa sobre Idealismo alemão na trilha da filosofia clássica alemã: “Entre
filosofia e medicina”, retomando e mantendo um vínculo temático que sempre
mantenho presente nas minhas leituras.
Em
grande medida, esta obra “Entre filosofia e medicina” está ligada à uma
tradição “Wollfiana", a um universo da obra do autor da “Psicologia
empírica” que está na bibliografia também.
Como
sigo estudando o período “pré-crítico”, tenho encontrado vários textos
sobre o tema; por isso, acrescento mais este: “Philosophy and madness: from
kant to Hegel” com enfoque no período entre Kant e Hegel, por ser de grande
ajuda nos estudos do período e à leitura do tema, além de oferecer um enfoque
sobre “doença mental” que pretendo aprofundar a partir de um texto de Kant: “Ensaio
sobre as doenças mentais”, assunto que sempre está entre meus interesses.
Ademais,
Immanuel Kant foi leitor de Christian Wollf, e, estas obras entram no
conjunto de textos que tenho estudado demoradamente e sem desvios há décadas. Meu
interesse por "psicologia", “medicina”, naturalmente, vem crescendo
(graduando). Ou seja, é um vínculo temático, nesta abordagem, que pretendo
acompanhar sempre.
Acrescentando hoje,
portanto: “Philosophy and madness:
from kant to Hegel”. “Este
livro tem como objetivo refletir sobre a doença mental considerando a
influência que a crítica e o idealismo alemão exerceram nos rumos do pensamento
filosófico, científico e psicanalítico nos séculos XIX e XX, e que ainda hoje
pode ser percebida. Pretende, portanto, não apenas oferecer ao debate cultural
e científico de hoje uma análise de aspectos da filosofia clássica alemã que de
outra forma não seriam detectados, mas também lançar luz sobre assuntos e
questões presentes na investigação filosófica, psiquiátrica e científica atual.”
